How to Register
Four Ways To Register
- Online From the top right banner click "Take a Class" or from middle banner select Education page. Click on the class you are interested in and then click the Register link to initiate the registration process. This takes you to our processing vendor Thriva. A password registration is asked for; follow the instructions to retrieve forgotten passwords.
- By Phone Call the KAC Registrar, Nancy Farrar-Coughlin at 425.822.7161 x 108.
- In Person Visit Kirkland Arts Center, Monday through Friday from 11 AM to 6 PM. Registrar is located on third floor.
- By Mail Complete Catalog Registration Form. Make checks payable to Kirkland Arts Center. Send registration form and payment to: Kirkland Arts Center Registrar at 620 Market Street, Kirkland WA 98033-5421.
Payment may be made using Checks, Cash and VISA, MasterCard, or American Express.
A $10 processing fee is included in the class fee.
10% Referral Discount Program A 10% discount on your next class can be earned by referring a new student or a returning student who last took a class prior to 2010. We will be asking new students for a referral name when they register. If your name is provided we will contact you with a discount code to use for your next registration.

A 10% discount on art supplies is available to currently enrolled KAC students at the following locations listed below. Take the written confirmation you receive from KAC to show at checkout.

Registration Information
You must register in advance for all workshops and classes
To ensure placement, all registrations must be complete with correct payment included.
Enrollees are urged to register early.
Classes which fail to meet minimum enrollment one week prior to the start of class will be canceled.
Confirmation of enrollment status will be sent via email to all who register.
Clock Hours
Clock Hours are continuing education credits for educators. KAC is pleased to partner with Cascadia Community College's Continuing Education program by offering clock hour credits for all classes and workshops. An additional $35 administrative fee is charged by Cascadia Community College. Students may register in any of the four ways listed above but must contact our office to process required administration and payment forms with Cascadia.
