Michael Lorefice earned his M.F.A. from the Memphis College of Art and his work is a conflation of painting/drawing/filmmaking/bunch of other things. He continues to show his work around the country and in addition to being featured in New American Paintings, has been an artist-in-resident at the Santa Fe Art Institute and Constance Saltonstall Foundation.
