Nancy Farrar-Coughlin

Nancy Farrar-Coughlin is a professional painter, specializing in watercolor and mixed media. She has taught young children painting at the Kirkland Boys and Girls Club, at private bilingual schools, and day cares in Bellevue.  Currently she teaches students of all ages privately from her studio in Kirkland or at clients' homes.  Her passion is for motivating others to explore their artistic core and have fun while making art.  She aims to be patient and non-judgmental, and to guide and motivate students to self-discovery. She wants to give each student the chance to open up, explore and develop their own style through this creative journey. Originally from New England, Nancy received a BFA in Theatre design from the University of North Carolina. After living in San Francisco for 15 years, Nancy and her family moved to Kirkland in 2005. Nancy shows locally in business offices, churches, wineries in Woodinville, KAC Store and Edmonds Art Walks.   For more information, visit her website at:   www.nancyfarrarcoughlin.com.
