Min is a member of Plein Air Washington Artists and has been selected in many juried shows. Since taking her first oil painting class at Kirkland Arts Center in 2002, she has studied with William Elston and Mitch Albala for landscape, and Max Ginsburg, Tony Ryder, and Dominique Medici for figures. She is most inspired by Max Ginsburg’s social realism. She strives for impressionistic loose strokes blended with a classical realism that explores the interplay of shapes and light.
